An update to Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission Advisory 2000-1 sets the new maximum rates for 2008 for total disability at $522 and permanent partial disability at $392.
The new Advisory 2007-1 sets $169,650 as the new threshold at which the Death and Permanent Disability Trust Fund will assume payments of benefits for injuries resulting in permanent disability or death for 2008.
