Waco, Texas-based National Lloyds Insurance Company has introduced the Presidential Homeowners Program, targeting owner/primary residence properties in Texas.
According to the company’s announcement, the new program features:
- Replacement cost coverage for dwelling and personal property;
- Broad form perils including water discharge, water backup and foundation coverage (certain limits and restrictions apply);
- Personal liability up to $300,000;
- No age restrictions;
- Many optional coverages are available.
Other highlights of the program include: No credit check/no policy fee; competitive rates; numerous policy discounts and credits; an “A” rated admitted carrier.
