The Republic Group, headquartered in Dallas, has been named 2010 Company of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas (IIAA).
According to the IIAA, this award recognizes the company that most demonstrates a strong commitment to the independent insurance agency system in Arkansas.
Jim Woods, the company’s marketing manager for Arkansas led Republic’s entry into the state in 2008, according to President and CEO Parker Rush. Arkansas agents have “access to underwriters familiar with Arkansas and to additional markets through Southern States General Agency, a company of The Republic Group,” Rush added.
