The Independent Insurance Agents of Austin and the Texas Surplus Lines Association Inc. joined efforts recently to collect food and money for the Capital Area Food Bank located in Austin, Texas.
A total of $300 was collected in cash from IIAA and TSLA members, as well as 600 pounds of food, during the IIAA Christmas luncheon held at the Austin Country Club. The donation will provide 461 meals for our neighbors in need this holiday season.
Both IIAA and TSLA would like to thank their members for their generosity in donating to this worthy cause. This is the eighth year that IIAA and TSLA have worked together on this community service project.
