Frost Insurance Names Latkowski to Lead Employee Benefits Practice

Frost Insurance announced that Brian Latkowski has been named senior vice president, Employee Benefits Practice leader, in the company’s Austin, Texas, office. In this role, Latkowski oversees statewide strategic initiatives for Frost Insurance Employee Benefits Practice.

Latkowski has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Frost, he served as vice president, Health & Welfare Practice leader in 2004 for National Financial Partners, leading strategic initiatives for more than 195 brokerage firms operating in 45 states. Before that, Latkowski served in various sales leadership roles with United Healthcare and Health Net, deploying insurance marketing concepts to mid-sized and large corporations through broker and consultant distribution channels. Additionally, he helped develop and deploy a Web based start-up company providing employers with online benefits administration, HRIS functionalities and a variety of other business class services.
