Has nothing to do with the fact that people continue to seafront property BELOW SEA LEVEL. The gov’t should pull out of the flood mitigation business. Obviously, each of these states no better at how to control SO LET THEM! I think the tax payers should file a lien against the proceeds from this lawsuit until ALL TAXPAYER MONEY IS RECOVERED!
