This guy wants 10 billion plus expenses. The fed already got 3 billion, my wife died at 42 yrs old , nothing wrong but diabetes type 2 and she took avandia for 1 year. I get 49K. And the court ruled that I can’t get a jury trial , and I have to accept the settlement as is because GSK has not been found guilty, the only one with enough money to do and prove it via research is the gov’t and they took the lions share of the money and quit leaving the victims on there own….
