Service Group, based in Austin, Texas, announced it has named Martin Jenns as its new president. The company also announced the retirements of senior vice presidents Patrick Vance and Gary Holliday.
Service Group, including Service Lloyds, is a family-owned insurance and financial services company that provides workers’ compensation to Texas businesses and F&I products and training programs to auto dealerships in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Tennessee and Florida.
Jenns joins Service Group after 10 years with Assurant, where he was most recently senior vice president of Assurant Solutions’ Mobile Services business.
Jenns has also served as divisional vice president with a large multi-national insurer. Prior to settling in to the insurance business, Jenns spent 15 years in the automotive industry, working in all facets of dealership fixed and variable operations, culminating in his career as a dealer/operator.
Vance retires after 20 years with Service Group; Holliday, who retired last year, worked for the company for 27 years.
