Dallas, Texas-based MHBT Inc. has acquired Wells Fargo’s insurance brokerage operations in Lubbock, Texas.
The deal includes all operating assets and operations of the Lubbock office of Wells Fargo Insurance, including five team members.
MHBT has offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Lubbock. MHBT’s first Lubbock office opened in 2012, when they merged with Shofner, Lynch & Shulse LLC.
MHBT Inc. offers commercial insurance and risk management programs, employee benefits, surety, personal insurance and a host of specialized services.
