Confie Seguros, a national provider of personal lines insurance, announced it has acquired the assets of Carallo Insurance Group Inc., an auto insurance agency in Garland, Texas.
Huntington Beach, Calif.-based Confie has acquired and integrated more than 70 businesses since its inception in 2008, and now has more than 560 offices nationwide.
In addition to Carallo Insurance, Confie announced it acquired a retail division of PayneWest Insurance in Marysville, Wash., (formerly Wagner Insurance), which specializes in auto, home and small commercial insurance.
The company also recently announced three other acquisitions in New York and Washington state.
