Confie Seguros, a national provider of personal lines insurance based in Huntington Beach, Calif., announced it has acquired Baja Auto Insurance, which provides auto insurance throughout Texas.
Founded in 2006 with one store in Dallas, Baja has since grown organically and with two acquisitions to bring its total locations to 59 offices in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area and 29 offices in the Houston area. It has around 200 employees.
Confie has acquired and successfully integrated over 80 businesses since its inception and has grown to a national retail organization that oversees over 650 offices.
