Dallas-based risk management consulting and insurance agency, Dexter & Company, has promoted Royce DeRouen and David Rambie to executive roles at the company.
In his new role as senior vice president, DeRouen oversees the Risk Management Consulting division of the company and leads a team of account executives at the firm.
DeRouen is now responsible for Dexter & Company’s expansion in North Texas. He has been with the company for nearly 20 years, and currently serves as a board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas.
Rambie brings 10 years of insurance experience to his new position as vice president at Dexter & Company.
Serving as a producer for eight years with the Dallas agency, he has gained experience through educating businesses and individuals on the most beneficial insurance solutions while proactively managing clients’ day-to-day risks.
Dexter & Company has office locations in Dallas and College Station, Texas.
