WebTPA, a provider of benefit plan management services and an AmWINS Group company, has named Scott Chapman as vice president of Business Development. He is based in New Orleans.
Chapman joins the WebTPA executive leadership team with 20 years of experience in the managed healthcare industry. He previously was with UnitedHealthcare where he directed sales strategies for major public sector and large commercial accounts.
Chapman will work directly with Megan Rigby, WebTPA’s chief growth officer. In his new role, Chapman will identify and manage new client opportunities and support continuing education and solutions presented to WebTPA’s current clients, in addition to further developing and executing the company’s business strategy.
