California’s travel ban restricts public employees from traveling to states that have enacted legislation deemed discriminatory against LGBTQ people. I don’t agree with the ban personally, but that’s because I don’t like the idea of any state foisting its social agenda on other states.
Your equally inane pronouncement that Texas doesn’t need California “in any way” only serves to underscore your lack of understanding of how the nation’s economy works.
