Can we not set up some kind of registry in each state and some reciprocity about who can’t work and is on workers compensation for it? This happens often enough that I think there would be a way for the insurance companies to work together on this. HIPPA and Privacy laws yes, but just sharing a name for them not being able to work as a nurse, or even something on their license that notifies any and all employers.

Double dipping has bean a problem in WC for a long time. Not wise to tangle with Texas Mutual.
Weak consequences like this (which are common) do little to deter those taking advantage of the system. Probation and a restitution? Come on.
