Dean & Draper Insurance Agency LP, headquartered in Houston, has acquired Bill Vawter & Company, a Houston-based agency specializing in personal insurance, employee benefits and a variety of industry-specific commercial insurance options.
Founded by Bill Vawter in 1946, the agency is now led by E.J. Chromcak and Tom Chromcak. The acquisition was finalized on Dec. 1, 2018.
Throughout the years, the Chromcaks and their excellent staff have been dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and a variety of insurance options to meet the unique needs of their clients. Dean & Draper’s similar approach and long-standing reputation in the industry were deciding factors in the final agreement for acquisition.
