Toon Named Chief Operating Officer at Combined Agents of America

Combined Agents of America (CAA), headquartered in Austin, Texas, has promoted Nikki Toon as chief operating officer. Toon previously served as production director for CAA.

CAA is a privately held agency partner group comprised of independent insurance agencies located throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado.

Toon has more than a decade of experience working in the insurance industry from both a carrier, agency and network alliance group perspective.

Since joining CAA in May 2017, her responsibilities as head of the production team have expanded into both production and operations. With Toon’s promotion, she will be able continue to provide direction both internally and externally regarding the CAA structure. She will also continue to develop and manage CAA member needs and facilitate a formal, organized sales/growth culture within the group. In addition to providing vision and strategic planning functions for value-added services and programs within the CAA group, Toon will assist in creating strategies for carrier accountability and enhanced carrier relationships.
