Trident Marine Managers (TMM), a specialty marine and offshore energy company and a part of Ryan Specialty Group (RSG), is partnering with Signal Mutual on a workers’ compensation program for waterfront employers based in Texas and Louisiana.
Signal Mutual a provider of Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act benefits. TMM is offering Signal Mutual’s SafeShore Longshore workers’ comp program in addition to its other products and services.
The SafeShore Longshore workers’ compensation program, launched in 2014, is backed by Signal Mutual Indemnity Association Ltd. and provides protection from uninsured subcontractors and workers’ compensation cover to smaller waterfront employers with limited exposures. Today, Signal Mutual’s Safeshore program has over 200 covered employers, representing more than $75 million in company payrolls.
