IMA Inc., a national insurance broker specializing in property/casualty insurance, employee benefits and surety bonds, has added Donna Pankotai in its Dallas office as team senior vice president and director of Client Services within its property/casualty division.
With more than 30 years of experience in strategy development, marketing and global team leadership for multinational and national property and casualty accounts, Pankotai is recognized for her achievements in actionable risk planning on highly complex projects. She is an industry leader in risk profile assessment, product innovation, analytical risk modeling and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining IMA, Pankotai was senior managing director for Risk Consulting Partners, where she assessed exposures and risk environments for highly intricate domestic and multinational businesses. Throughout her career, she has held numerous senior management positions with Lockton Companies, Aon and Sedgwick.
Pankotai serves as a faculty member and curriculum developer for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, focusing on multinational best practices. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designations.
