The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission (WCC) and the Court of Existing Claims (CEC) announced on Tuesday that the COVID-19 related office closures in Oklahoma City and Tulsa will continue for the remainder of the week, March 18 through March 20.
Commission dockets will be reset, and case filing deadlines will be extended once commission administrative hearing operations are reestablished. Employees of the WCC should not report to work the rest of the week and will be on paid administrative leave for the rest of the week.
The commission said it will post new information on agency operations by Sunday, March, 22, 2020.
