Iroquois Names Lucas Howard as Regional Manager of Oklahoma and Arkansas
Iroquois has named Lucas Howard as regional manager of Oklahoma and Arkansas. He will partner with strong independent insurance agencies and select carriers to drive profitable growth.
Howard most recently served as territory sales consultant for Encompass Insurance, where he worked with hundreds of independent agents in multiple states. Prior to Encompass, Howard held sales leadership roles at Statewide General Agency and Kemper Specialty.
Iroquois Midwest is part of The Iroquois Group, serving over 2,400 member agencies across the U.S.
CoVerica Names Rhonda Cox as President and CEO
CoVerica has named Rhonda Cox as its new president and CEO effective immediately.
Cox was formerly vice president of operations at CoVerica and 2019-2020 president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas (IIAD).
John Sutter (former president) will assume the position of senior vice president – risk management and will continue to serve as a commercial producer/account executive to key agency clients. Mike Sterlacci (former CEO) will continue to oversee operations as chairperson.
