The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is holding an Insurance Pop-Up Office from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and Wednesday, Dec. 3., for residents of Lake Charles and the surrounding area.
The event is at the Lake Charles City Hall, 1st Floor, Pioneer Hall (Bilbo Room), 326 Pujo St., Lake Charles.
LDI team members will be on hand to answer insurance questions, help residents better understand their insurance policies and provide assistance with insurance-related matters.
“Insurance is vital for protecting your family and property,” said Insurance Commissioner Tim Temple. “I encourage residents of Lake Charles and southwest Louisiana to stop by and meet with our insurance experts to discuss everything from understanding your auto policy and taking advantage of insurance discounts to navigating the Fortify Homes Program and Wind Mitigation Survey.”
Residents are encouraged to bring any insurance policy documents or questions they may have.
