Selective HR Solutions Receives Certification

Sarasota, Fla.-based professional employer organization (PEO) Selective HR Solutions, received certification from the International Organization of Standards (ISO) after passing an extensive audit by International Management Systems Inc. Selective HR, a unit of Selective Insurance Group Inc., is one of only a handful of PEOs to earn this quality distinction.

“We sought ISO certification to enhance our culture of quality,” said Selective HR president and CEO Jim Coleman. “The certification process gives our employees a working understanding of the ISO standards and their impact on our clients, and the designation provides our clients an even higher degree of confidence in our products and services.”

ISO certification is an ongoing process based on the internationally recognized standards developed by the ISO in Geneva, Switzerland. The standards contain elements for ensuring quality products and services, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
