Jack L. Watson, president of Collier Insurance Agency Inc., Blakely, Georgia has been selected to serve on the Certified Insurance Counselor’s Board of Governors according to an announcement from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. The National Alliance relies on the board in determining policy and guiding the future of this not-for-profit organization.
Watson is now chairman of Professional Insurance Agents of Georgia’s Education Committee and is the immediate past-president of the association. He is a strong advocate of expanded continuing education programs, and sees the National Alliance programs (CIC, CISR, CRM, and Dynamics of Selling) as a vital part of PIA’s education career path.
The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, founded in 1969 and based in Austin, Texas, is a premier provider of insurance and risk management education.
