Gail Sanders has been promoted to vice president of Policy Services of the South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company in Cayce, S.C.
For 11 years, Sanders has worked as the company’s Policy Services manager. SCFBMIC was organized in 1955 and has grown to become South Carolina’s largest domestic property and casualty insurer.
“Sanders has been a steady influence on Policy Services where her leadership has allowed us to implement a number of changes so that we are continually improving the level of customer service we offer our policyholders,” Phillip Love, executive vice president and CEO said.
Policy Services is responsible for issuing and delivering all automobile and homeowners insurance policies sold by the company’s 250 exclusive, licensed insurance producers. Sanders also oversees the company’s call center where customers may report claims by calling toll free 1-877-SCFARMBureau.
“My goal is to provide the highest level of customer service possible to our policyholders. Next to the agent, our department is often the only source of contact a policyholder may have with the company,” Sanders said.
Sanders serves on the board of governors of the South Carolina Chapter of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters.
