It’s time that something was done to help the disabled workers in the state. I am totaly disabled and went to a so called pain clinic for more that 2 years and after Brickstreet came in and someone else took over the old clains the doctor told me that he didn’t want anything else to do with me because I complained that all that they did was write prescriptions, so after feeding me Oxycontin for all this time, I was left out in the cold.
Now I have been unable to see another pain doctor because I can not get approval from the company that has my case. I have called many times and got an answering machine, left a message and never got a call back. My primary doctor has helped me as much as he can and also said that the Pain Clinic Doctor was guilty of Malpractice but I didn’t want to cause any trouble, I just need help.
