Alabama-based insurer Infinity Property and Casualty Corp. has promoted two execs.
Ralph Gravelle has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer. Gravelle began his career with Infinity in 1986 as an entry-level programmer. Over the past 25 years he has been involved in all aspects of Information Technology, working at virtually every level within Infinity’s IT organization. For the past 12 months, Gravelle has acted as the interim CIO for the company.
James Raley has been promoted to vice president, customer service. Raley began his career with Infinity in October 1994, as manager of customer service. During his tenure, he has provided valuable leadership in all facets in the customer service and policy service departments and now agency licensing.
