Are you telling me that someone who played for six different teams did not carry an umbrella policy??? I am assuming that the $250,000 is the limit on his auto policy. Obviously, his agent did not do him any service.

Must be more to this. If $250k was the policy limit and he was found to be 1% liable in this, the $250k would have been paid long before now.
