Atlanta-based insurance program administrator OnPoint Underwriting has appointed Marc Anderson as its vice president of Risk Services.
In conjunction with a team of claims advocates, loss control and legal resources, Anderson will work with OnPoint clients to assess their risk management needs and develop programs to meet them.
Prior to joining OnPoint, Anderson managed Oregon’s largest county risk management program at Multnomah County and was responsible for $1.5 billion in physical assets, 5,000 employees and 2,000 volunteers. Anderson also served as risk manager for the Portland school district where he controlled the risk management program for $1.4 billion in physical assets, 7,000 employees and 45,000 students. He has also worked at PacifiCorp Electric and Royal Insurance Co.
