USI Insurance Services has acquired Suncoast Insurance Associates Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based insurance brokerage specializing in professional liability programs in Florida.
USI said this acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $3 million in revenues on an annual basis.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
USI is headquartered in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., and operates out of 81 offices in 24 states. USI is a portfolio company of private equity firm Goldman Sachs Capital Partners
