Willis North America announced that James Doyle has been appointed managing partner of Willis’ Tampa operations.
In this role, Doyle will oversee Willis’ Tampa operations and will focus on strategic planning, heightening client service and retention, recruiting and staff development, sales and sales management. In addition, he will work to align resources from across Willis’ global platform to deliver the best solutions and services to regional clients.
He will report to Hiram Marrero, CEO and regional partner, Willis of Florida.
Willis of Tampa Inc. includes approximately 100 employees and serves clients from its offices in Tampa, Naples and Sarasota.
Prior to joining Willis, Doyle served as executive vice president, Aon Risk Services Inc.
