USI Insurance Services has acquired Molton, Allen & Williams (MAW), headquartered in Birmingham, Ala. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
USI said it will combine MAW with its existing Birmingham office under John Williams, MAW’s chairman and chief executive officer.
MAW offers commercial and personal lines and employee benefits to clients across the Southeast from its offices in Birmingham and Pensacola, Fla.
