My son bought an insurance policy from Blue Cross-Blue Shield. He purchased this particular policy because it was written in black and white that they would pay 75% for preventive colonoscopy. His wife had the colonoscopy & insurance refused to pay saying they did not cover that. How can they refuse when he has the policy & can read it? They are greedy & crooked. I voted for you hoping you would be a very honest commissioner & work for the people. I know Blue Cross owes my son money. You will probably not do anything but I have to tell you what I think of our officials—they are only interested in themselve.

Ralph Hudgens has stated that auto insurance premium increase requests are automatically approved if under 10%. Just got my USAA 6 mo renewal and the liability went up approx 9.9% overall. I am sure that is just a coincidence though. If insurers don’t own the insurance commission, they do know how to ‘rent’ it.

Just got my auto insurance with an increase from $59.60 to $87.99 per month.
I think this is more than a 10% increase. Been hearing from several people that you have really crippled the consumers, and do not have us at heart.
