Brown & Brown subsidiaries Apex Insurance Agency, Inc. (led by Karl F. Snearer) and Public Risk Underwriters of Georgia (led by Michael H. White) will combine to operate together under the Apex brand. In combination, these organizations place an array of public entity, school insurance and risk management products for their clients with combined premium of more than $215 million placed in 2014. White will serve as senior vice president reporting to Snearer.
