Worley Claims Services Acquires North Carolina-Based RJMW

Worley Claims Services, an insurance claims servicer in the United States, has acquired RJMW Claims Services, Inc., a provider of daily and catastrophe residential and commercial property claims services based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1982, RJMW is an independent insurance claims adjusting and service provider in the U.S. The company is a multi-line insurance adjusting firm providing daily and specialized claims administration services for all claim types, including residential, commercial, flood, litigation and third party administrative claim services.

In August, Worley completed its acquisition of NCA Group, Inc., a provider of daily and catastrophe residential and commercial property claims services throughout North America, creating a diversified claims services company.

Michael Worley, chief executive officer of Worley said following the company’s acquisition of NCA Group, RJMW continues to strengthen its product suite and geographic reach.

Aquiline Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm investing in financial services, acquired a majority stake in Worley in October of 2014.

Worley is based in Hammond, La., and provides property, auto, personal lines, and casualty claims adjustment and related services to national and regional insurance companies as well as commercial clients and clients in the federal/state government sector.
