Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Gathings Insurance Services, LLC of Ridgeland, Miss. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Gathings specializes in providing a variety of employee benefits, and property and casualty insurance products. James M. Gathings, principal, will join Hub Gulf South and report to Shaun Norris, chief sales officer, Hub Gulf South. Gathings senior account executives Michael C. Ulmer and D. Kirk Scoggins and the other members of the Gathings team also will be joining Hub Gulf South.
