Diabetic with specific dietary needs? Should have planned ahead and brought her own food. Concerned about her safety? Don’t ask a front desk clerk – they’re no expert. Think you have PTSD? No where near the level of grief and anxiety of the family members of the 14 people lost in the fire. Get over lady and thank God you’re alive.

It never ceases to amaze me what people will sue for. Was there and attorney stationed in the lobby giving out business cards on how to sue? Just make it up and sue, right?

Smoke and fire in the air, would you not check with local authorities prior to doing anything if you had serious health issues? Did the hotel in fact burn, or was anyone hurt at the hotel? The plaintiff had choices and she choose to stay. Suck it up butter cup.

For the love of……If I see smoke in a lobby and someone hands me a mask, the LAST thing I am going to do is check in. Someone should sue this lady for lack of common sense.
