    I find it amazing that the legislature is allowed to claim response to this incident as a legitimate reason for their failure to actually do the job they are in fact paid to do. Sounds like a failure on the part of the leadership of both houses to me. Yes this was a tragedy but knee jerk legislation is never the fix to broader social problems.

    From the limited information that I have along with the gunman being evil there are certainly charges to be brought against the civil authorities who were informed of the issues and did nothing to try and stop the problem. These individuals who failed to do their jobs should at a minimum face some criminal charges such as reckless indifference at a minimum.

    The legislature was not going to do anything about reforming AOB abuse anyway, they are nearly all lawyers and make their living off this system for the 10 months the legislature is not in session.

    let’s vote them all out and start over again. it is ridiculous they do not ever help the people from abusive companies and abusive practices.
