XL Catlin has promoted Lindsey Nieves to AVP, underwriting manager in its regional US War, Terrorism & Political Violence insurance team for the South and Central zone, which is headquartered in Atlanta.
According to Ben Tucker, head of XL Catlin’s US War, Terrorism & Political Violence, the move is in response to increased interest and demand in terrorism insurance and even more specialized coverage like its Active Assailant insurance coverage.
Nieves joined XL Catlin in 2014 from AIG where she served as a risk management specialist. Her career also includes positions with Progressive and as a paralegal with a Charleston-based law firm.
