A series of hail storms in central Florida dinged up car windshields and blew off pool screens in an unusual sight for the Sunshine State.
In tiny Trenton, the streets were covered in so much hail that it resembled a snow covering Wednesday morning. Workers from the public safety department in the city west of Gainesville posted photos to Facebook showing a backhoe cleaning up the icy mess.
Florida Today reports that pool enclosures were shredded, and windows were broken along the Space Coast.
