Southern Fidelity Insurance Co. has expanded into Mississippi and will offer HO-3 homeowners coverage and customer service in the state.
Southern Fidelity was founded in 2005 by Jimmy Graganella in Tallahassee, Fla. Since then, the company has grown its financial foothold throughout the Southeast and provides coverage to consumers in Florida, South Carolina and Louisiana. It is the sister company of Capitol Preferred Insurance, which has served consumers in the region for more than 20 years.
Southern Fidelity’s HO-3 insurance policy aims to safeguard a home’s structure and consumer’s personal belongings, while also protecting from any liability consumers may have for injuries to others that were sustained on their property.
Southern Fidelity provides a variety of partnerships to independent insurance agents, including voluntary appointments and limited agreements for takeouts.
President & CEO Jimmy Graganella said the company is now looking to grow its network with local agents who have a deep knowledge of the market and are seeking long-lasting professional relationships with both Southern Fidelity and its policyholders.
SFIC has more than $118 million combined in surplus and services more than 135,00 policies throughout the Southeast.
