Sounds like he is making his decisions on what our medical doctors with specialties in public health are telling us. Governor Cooper is following scientific evidence and guidelines to keep his State safe. He is trying to do what is best for us and at the same time get us back to work as quickly as possible. Of course, he does not want to extend this pandemic. Seriously, no one can honestly think does not want his state working and being productive. I commend him for taking care of us despite ourselves.
