With his latest executive order, Governor Roy Cooper, by mandating face masks and penalizing businesses who fail to enforce compliance, has caused all North Carolina businesses to create a cartel that restricts consumer activity in the class of people who do not wear face masks. This class of people is now regarded as a direct threat to other people, when they do not wear face masks.

The scientific evidence to support such a position simply does not exist. Furthermore, evidence raising COVID-19 to the threat level requiring such intimate forced regulation of individual bodily clothing also does not exist.

In other words, not only is Roy Cooper’s authority open to challenge, but the very substance of his illegal executive orders is open to challenge.
