Here’s a novel way to reduce the strain on the healthcare system, particularly in the under-vaccinated regions of ‘Murrica.
If someone personally elects to remain unvaccinated – excluding those with legitimate contraindications (those who had a severe allergic reaction after a previous dose of the vaccine, or had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient of this vaccine, or they are too young to qualify for the vaccine) – then they should be denied healthcare.
Make the decision not to be safe (accepting a morale hazard) then live with the consequences. Or at least get in line to be treated after the vaccinated folks have been healed.
