The IMA Group, a provider of independent medical examinations and case management in workers’ compensation, continues to expand with its acquisition of Florida-based Mollie Kallen Case Management.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. IMA, headquartered in Tarrytown, New York, said in a press release that this is its fourth acquisition this year and allows IMA to expand its programs in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
MKCM, which also has seen significant growth in recent years, said its case managers have years in the business and are supervised by a panel of experts.
