The global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Fort Myers-based Specialty Risk Management Services and its affiliate agency, Private Client Insurance Services, the broker announced Monday.
Specialty Risk provides commercial property insurance services in Florida, including workers’ compensation, auto, general liability, as well as claims management. Private Client specializes in commercial risk, condominium association coverage and in personal lines, including homeowners, flood, auto and yacht insurance.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Elaine Hawkins, Wes Brewer and other Specialty personnel will remain in their current locales, reporting to Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher’s Southeast property/casualty brokerage operations, Gallagher said in a news release.
