Hub International Ltd., the global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has expanded again with the acquisition of Wyatt Insurance Services in Tennessee.
With offices in Knoxville and Clarksville, Wyatt is an independent agency specializing in commercial and personal insurance, risk management and employee benefits, particularly for nonprofits and construction companies, Hub said in a news release.
Ashley Wyatt, president, started the agency in Knoxville in 1995 in a spare bedroom; Cliff Horne is partner and benefits advisor; and Andy Huddleston is a partner. They will join the Hub Mid-South team.
Hub, based in Chicago, has more than 18,000 employees across North America.
