American International Group, better known as the global insurance enterprise AIG, said it will consolidate its Atlanta-area operations into a huge new innovation hub in Brookhaven, on the north side of the city.
The 180,000-square-foot workspace on Summit Boulevard Northeast will accommodate current employees in the area plus another 600 local hires, AIG said in a news release this week. The hub will enable teams to incubate ideas, test new processes, and collaborate more seamlessly, the company said.
AIG plans to move into the new site in 2026.
