Utah-based Trucordia, a top-20 U.S. insurance brokerage, has acquired the Rusty Healy Insurance Agency in Madison, Mississippi, the company said in a news release.
Healy, founded more than 30 years ago, offers personal and commercial lines of coverage in the Jackson metro area. Rusty Healy, agency principal, has been in the insurance business since 1985.
Trucordia, formerly known as PCF Insurance Services, is the group name for the brokerage, which is headquartered in Lindon, Utah. The firm said it now has 5,000 team members across the country and continues to seek to acquire agencies that have significant growth potential.
