Stonetrust Commercial Insurance, a workers’ compensation carrier based in Louisiana, has expanded into North Carolina, bringing to 13 the number of states in the Southeast and Midwest the company writes in.
Stonetrust said in a statement that it is now accepting submissions from appointed independent agencies for accounts in North Carolina, with effective dates of Jan. 1, 2026.
Stonetrust, led by CEO Michael Dileo, writes workers’ comp and employers’ liability insurance policies, with a focus on construction, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, health care and service-related firms. Headquarters are in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
